Beautiful – are they edible? They look like they would make a dandy jam.
They are edible, but they taste just like their name … very salty! So unfortunately that puts the ‘kybosh’ on jam …
Salty grapes or red beach gooseberries? Never tried them, but they look yummy!
I think they might taste good on a hot Adelaide day when you’re in need of some replenishing salt … but not otherwise, sad to say …
