    1. Yes, it’s actually called a cushion bush and grows commonly on sandy dunes and in coastal areas in South Australia. It has pretty little white ball-like flowers — it’s a very subtle-looking plant that adds lots of character to arid landscapes. I grow it in my garden, but it doesn’t look as pretty as it does on the dune!

      1. Australia has so many awesome xerophytic plants. I expect we might be seeing more of them propagated in the US as the drought in the Southwest continues and folks wise up to xeric landscaping.
