True, walking is a form of hope and healing. I always feel better after a quiet ramble.
I love seeing the beautiful plants on your continent, so different than ours. However, I’ve noticed that CA has introduced quite a few species from Down Under because the climates are similar.
Yes, I believe our eucalypts are now considered an invasive species in California. We never learn to stop tampering with our environment, do we?
Beyond hope, I think. Although I read a very interesting book recently, ‘The New Wild’ by British enviromental journalist Fred Pearce, who expresses a whole new view on the subject. I recommend it!
I’ll look out for it 🙂
